Uplifting tracks.

What's Hot

Just wondered what songs help you shuffle your way out of Eeyore's corner if you get stuck there for a bit.

Personally I find more empathetic and subtly uplifting songs work best.

Love this Jesu Track.

I do like a bit of Jesu, and I think I know what you mean - it's strangely uplifting stuff.

I rather like this massively overblown effort from Adebesi Shank.

They are very variable - I like that one and World In Harmony, the others do much less for me. But Big Unit is just ace.

  • Huey Lewis & The News - The Power of Love. Best song ever written.

Benny Goodman style swing jazz playing in the living room generally cheers the place up.

Otherwise one of many things that make you want to dance like Earth Wind & Fire's September or motown classics

Two songs that have recently come on at moments where I've wanted to smash bricks into the faces of idiots around me, but have transformed me into a good mood, are these:

Stopped me kicking rude people in the shin on the train

Stopped me wanting to drive my car into a wall whilst stuck in traffic for an hour  trying to get to what I knew would be an underwhelming West Brom game

I'm not as violent a person as this suggests
I'm scared and I'm waiting for life

    Earth Wind & Fire's September.

Wis. In fact anything with a funky danceable bassline does the trick for me.

Cheers! That whole Waking Season album is stunning - recommended for a Caspian newbie for sure.
