Your guitar was made at the
Fullerton Plant (Fender - Pre CBS Era), USA
in 1962
Production Number: 74560
However Fender says its a LDSPKR, ARTIST,1201A , which I think is a loud speaker?

Not to mention that the wood chosen for the body is pretty... unique. Pretty if it was an IKEA chopping board... not so much for a guitar.

Fake...
"Take these three items, some WD-40, a vise grip, and a roll of duct tape. Any man worth his salt can fix almost any problem with this stuff alone." - Walt Kowalski
"Only two things are infinite - the universe, and human stupidity. And I'm not sure about the universe." - Albert Einstein
You can just about see in the second pic that the rw board sits flat on the maple...
this alone is enough to walk away from the guitar.
