What have you decided to change in 2019? Not Guitars or Gear, we’ve got a thread for them
here. What are you going to do differently in 2019?
Myself, I don’t pin life changes to the start of the year. When I gave up cheese it was a case of “I wonder if I’m dairy intolerant?”, and a few days later it had become a life fixture. However I do use the opportunity to ask questions like “which friends do we want to visit this year?” and “what changes do we want to make around the house?”
So we’ve got a few doors and windows which need replacing, a bathroom to renovate, after which my wife will want to replace some carpets.

Remember, it's easier to criticise than create!
On on the plus side I still don't have Facebook as I vowed not too and I still have never been to Nando's. !
My mood and self-care levels have improved, and I feel confident I can do it. I'm right back into photography again, and my beautiful xt2 comes with me everywhere. So I'd like to finish my 100 strangers portrait project (over a year since I last touched it, only got up to 14 I think...)
And to move out of my parents and in with my girlfriend. We'd like to buy, but if we can't afford it we will likely rent for a year or so while continuing to save.
All achievable goals
2017- run 1000000m
2018- do yoga/stretch every day.
2019- get creative..
I write kids stories for fun. As I’m not enjoying my “real” job I intend to see if I can’t put the wee folder of stories and ideas to use.
The plan is to write and develop one a month. My brother has offered to illustrate for me if I get the text sorted.
Be better with others...
Seems trivial in comparison, but I only have one real goal next year; complete Iron Man Copenhagen under the cut-off time.
I often manage to see them through too.
I started making a list yesterday, and it's looking a bit long:
