® (U.S. Reg. No. 2528669)
Then anyone, I should say everyone, who has built an acoustic guitar is surely guilty - Martin, Taylor, Guild etc etc etc etc
Yet the following trademarks are interesting
SNAKEPIT® (U.S. Reg. No. 3957037) - does Slash know ?
how about - HUMBUCKER - as Ash @OilCityPickups has pointed out
even crap items like DARK FIRE® (U.S. Reg. No. 3884397) -
what about FRETLESS WONDER® (U.S. Reg. No. 0626204)
VINTAGE RE-ISSUE® (U.S. Reg. No. 1872419) - amazed you can register this
What a strange thing to do. I quite fancy a 355, but this has really put me off.
HUMBUCKER's a fair trademark in my opinion (2 words that wouldn't usually have an association).
but VINTAGE RE-ISSUE is nonsense, too descriptive. Don't think that would get registered in the UK.
I've always associated the Dean Cadillac with Sheron Alton from (the band) Toronto. @FelineGuitars might remember them.

Mark Agnesi is, and has always been, a nozzle.
Nozzle. I love that.
Are you sure? I'm not, but then I'm generally bewildered & bemused by the whole sorry affair.
'On 14 May 2019, Gibson filed a lawsuit against Armadillo in the US District Court For The Eastern District Of Texas. The lawsuit, which was later amended on 6 June, accused Armadillo of trademark infringement over the Flying V body shape, Explorer body shape, ES body shape as well as the Hummingbird and Moderne trademarks."
