Just the studs.
TonePros also make a tailpiece which locks onto the studs with two grub screws, but that doesn't stop the tilt, unless you also use locking studs. Which is overkill.
Faber studs are good, not only do they lock the tailpiece in place, there's a spacer between the tailpiece and the body which helps stop the tilt.
