I wasn't in the market for either so no skin off my nose. I was slightly narked when the ML1 was supposed to be discontinued, and then super rare lost ML1s came about. After that limited run, the ML1 has been a mainstay. I thought that was a tad disingenuous.
I made a comment that I thought the Chapman hotrod shredder guitar was over priced in comparison to a second hand RG550. Rob replied saying "this has a genuine 1000 series floyd", meh again not that bothered.
I find the whole fascination odd, he seems like a nice guy. His ex wife used to take photos at bath cats and dogs home.
I'm not that bothered by his music, looks or any of that crap. Why would anyone be?
The Henning review thing is interesting, I'm guessing his thick association with Harley Bentons might be an overlap for a Chapman review?

Thanks - I'm very happy with it. Taking it to a jam this weekend so can see how it sounds with a bit of volume!
Will you put a sock over the headstock?
In actual fact, the first stuntman was Roberto Baldrico Chapuomo from Palermo. In 1649, Ollie Cromwell was in a quandary how to get rid of King Charles.
Ollie wanted to exile him to Holland but the London Mob demanded an execution. So they hired Roberto, a travelling daredevil, as the first stuntman double to stand in for Charles who was spirited away to Amsterdam.
Roberto was assured that the executioner would use a rubber axe and pretend to cut off Roberto's head but he picked up the wrong axe and unfortunately the World's first stuntman died in the line of duty.

Naah - Chapman may be a plonker at times but this is all storm in a teacup stuff.
Been uploading old tracks I recorded ages ago and hopefully some new noodles here.
I mean, we've always had HTV/ITV, sure, point taken. But there's all.... this.... stuff. Dodgy talent shows, YouTube, influencers, "prensa rosa". Even Stephen Fry's Twattering makes me cringe.
This is partly tongue-in-cheek. Only partly. I definitely stand by derision of ITV and Stephen Fry. And talentless shows. And pretty much everything else.

I thought that was funny, you deserve at least one lol for that.
