Up for sale is a rather special limited edition Telecaster from Fender USA. This is a 2017 FSR Fender Exotic American Elite Thinline Telecaster (quite a mouthful), made using Honduran Mahogany reclaimed after Hurricane Mitch. Also features a stunning birdseye maple neck and fretboard, with compound radius and neck profile.

As can be seen, the guitar is in excellent condition - barely a mark on it. Very very limited fretwear and overall playability is great.The mahogany adds a little warmth to the standard tele spec sound. The modern spec and appointments and overall build feels more like a Suhr or Anderson than a Fender. About as good as it gets outside of the Custom Shop.

Comes with original hard case and original paperwork/certificate of authenticity/case candy.

The Elite Suspension Bridge is a unique design; a screwless mount increases the vibration transfer, driving the top for nearly endless sustain and lively response. The compound-profile neck sports a 9.5"-14" compound-radius maple fingerboard, ideal for most playing styles, and topped by 22 medium jumbo frets for a familiar feel.

With its one-of-a-kind sound and style, the 2017 Limited Edition American Elite Mahogany Tele Thinline is a rare, inspiring example of Fender's craftsmanship.
