A friend of mine owned a guitar shop from the mid-'70s through to the early '90s.

They used to stock the original Rochester MXR pedals - which by the early '80s became very unpopular, with (in particular) Boss taking over as the pedal of choice.

As a result he actually threw away a significant number of Dynacomps and Distortion +s, as he simply couldn't sell them....

Just goes to show, you should never part with anything!

I'm keeping my eye on that one. I have an original r logo thats basically NOS. Box, instructions, plastic bag! I will say it's a bit special. I have every model of TS ever made and it is nothing like the rest of them. 'd love to keep it but if they do go for that money then I'd be daft not to sell it.

I had a TS808 once. Really don't get what the fuss is about. It was nice, but nothing spectacular. Prefer my Hotcake.

You might get over £300 for that on 'evil' eBay. I sold a few a couple of years back for good money.

Well, well, well, so it's not just Klons then.

My original r logo 'Screamer, kept from my "past life", is in much better condition than that one.

That's made me smile today  :)

And doubled my nett worth  <:-P

I could be wrong but I'm guessing it doesn't sound 24 times better than my Joyo Vintage Overdrive...
