    That's my custom RAN 7 string. And I was trying out rainbow chrome vinyl on 2 bits of the flame (but those are fully removable). I wanted to see how well that lasts when resting your arm on vinyl stickers.

    It's one of my best guitars.

    Actually yes. I've also painted a Jaguar with a fake F-hole (to see the bare wood) in orange, with a blue pearloid pickguard. I still have to edit the video for that.

    haha yes. It only has kind of the shape of a LP, but it's nothing like it otherwise. It's more like a strange TOM bridge Strat with humbuckers.

    I'm afraid that I'm not a fan of the green/red personally (nicely done though!) but the white guitar with the flames looks awesome! Where did you get the vinyl cut from?

    I didn't explain it very well. On the old photo with the 7 string on the sofa, there's no vinyl. RAN did this paint job based on a photoshop mockup I've made.
    That guitar is about 14 years old by now.

    The vinyl that I've mentioned is something I've put on recently, and it's only on these two bits of the flame for now:

    It's a flip color chrome vinyl foil, intended for cars.
    I was testing if it lasts, and if it feels weird on the forearm while playing.
    I might cover the whole flame with this vinyl foil.

    It'd be a temporary mod, that can easily be removed without a trace.

    Covering the flames with that stuff - That would be an interesting thing to try! (although I really like the current colour scheme)
