Does anyone know what the 12 string is in this video? You get a good look at 50 seconds in

Looks like a Hofner/Gretsch/DeArmond mash up. I'm fascinated by 12 strings with trems. I've not seen many beyond Wil Sergreant's Vox Phantom XII.

Body shape and controls layout definitely of the Gretsch school. Pickups look Japanese goldfoil-ish. On smartphone, the video is too soft focus to discern any headstock logo or brand name.
You say, atom bomb. I say, tin of corned beef.

Not sure of the brand name but the pickups, tailpiece and Gretsch copy aspects are typically Japanese, cheap, and late-1960s.

I always envied Will Sergeant's Vox Phantom XII until I heard the Bunnymen had to record Killing Moon one bar at a time because it wouldn't stay in tune!

Definitely Japan as ICBM says and I think it may be a Dixon. Here's the six-string version. Of course it could have been exported under other brand names as well...
