I have one, really like it. Clean and quiet mic pre’s, DI is good, intuitive to use.
If it is of any interest these tracks were both recorded on the evo 4.
If I was buying again I’d probably go for the evo 8, just for the extra inputs, but the 8 came out after I got my 4

I leave my headphones plugged in all the time and use software volume controls to switch between monitors and headphones in order to avoid the dreaded mechanical socket wear (as well as for convenience). To make that compromise seems like a step backwards for me.
It's a shit, because they look like fantastic no-frills interfaces otherwise.
It’s not something that bothers me but I can understand if your workflow is setup a different way it could be frustrating.

I appreciate the input from you all. The headphones-only limitation on the 4 is not a problem for my use case though.
