That red Greco was stunning - I've got an LPC model by them from the same year and the quality is impeccable, it's easily become my favourite electric that I've owned in quite some time.

the amazing thing about that red one (which sold already), was that it was virtually new, despite being from 1986. It also beats most of the custom/memphis gibsons I've played, and I've owned quite a few of those myself.

Bruno is an absolute gent to deal with. Deal with confidence. The man knows his Japanese instruments and these are top shelf ones. I'm surprised the blonde Tokai (and the Hohner) are still here.

Weight and neck profile of Hohner?
    Nice guitars, regards.

Hohner neck profile is 59-ish. Not too thick, or too thin. Weight is 8lbs even. Nitro finish, long neck tenon, single piece mahogany neck with volute. And has wear and tear, as it is an old guitar, but plays great.

The Hohner is a very pretty guitar; the ornate, bound F holes really stand out. Someone obviously took a lot of care making it.

Yes these 79/80 Terada made guitars have really great craftsmanship, playability and tone. They have great features, wood, electronics and finish, definitely built to high standards.

I'm keeping a Vesta Graham (which is similar) myself.

PMd Broom ! I can’t afford to get my old 81 Tokai es100J back but if this has the same ‘J’ pickups in it’s a no brainer for £500 as they were fantastic

This will be as good as the Tokai in my opinion.
