Bought this a couple of years back as my dream guitar, still is, but due to the ways of the world it spends 99.99% of the time mollycoddled in it's case under my bed. Promised myself it would never be a case queen but that's what it's become so decided to test the waters with regards to selling.

2011 PRS MEQ - Specs & reviews available online

Comes with all case candy (for those who care), in it's original Paisley case. MEQ in absolutely beautiful condition, easily a 9.5 out of 10 (as is everything included in the sale).

Guitar fitted with Schaller strap locks (originals included) and comes with Levy's MC8 strap.

Strung with Nanoweb 9's

Can be collected from TA9 or EX20, or could meet for delivery along the M5/A30 corridor between the two postcodes.
WILL NOT COURIER

Payment in full by bank transfer prior to collection/delivery or will accept cash on collection if collected from my place of work or home address by a FB regular.

£3000 - No silly offers as not desperate to sell or looking to trade/buy anything else, it's quite happy sat under the bed.

Weekend bump and price reduction to £3000.

Reduction reflects the fact that one of my boys decided that he needed the M80 gig bag more than I needed the cash so it's been removed from the sale and grudgingly donated to said offspring.

Yesterday I decided it was a good idea to spend a stupid amount of money on my other passion in life, as such I've decided to offer a temporary 10% reduction in the £3000 asking price to £2700.
This reduction will only remain in place until Thursday July 22nd 2021 by when payment must have been received in full as I'm picking up my new toy on July 23rd/24th.

After this date I will put the price back up to the original asking price of £3000 and continue with weekly bumps until either it sells, the sun implodes and all life on earth comes to an end, or the arthritis gets to me and I give the MEQ to one of my boys....Whichever comes sooner.

Probably down to a pathological distrust of courier companies, all of them. Maybe if someone could recommend a specialist service that deals with this sort of thing, and offers full value insurance, I might be tempted, but would have to be at buyers expense as don't doubt it would be a costly option.

Do you ever travel up towards the London and home counties area?

I too would be extremely hesitant using a courier at this sort of value, especially after my recent loss of an acoustic at the hands of a Neanderthal working for Hermes.

I suppose being 65 I could get a cheap return rail ticket
