I would recommend you borrowing or getting one for the trial period though, Drew, I think you'd like it a lot more now than you did back when you had one. The III is absolutely superb.

I think Jim did much the same.
It's a lot easier to record from an AxeFx than mic'ing up amps
I'd suspect that you'll find the experience moreorless like playing the other modellers, whereas I'd imagine the experience of playing any of your amps is not really much like playing a modeller....If I had to guess anyway?
Sell the Quad and the Kemper and buy and Axe FX III.

Maybe a helix too..........
and I am very fussy about that
I do still have 3 amps though
You have some amazing amps that will hold their value far better than modelling kit. Reversing the decision would cost a lot more in the long run.
If you want an Axe3 then save up for it!

to make the claim, you need some info from the customs declaration, and it can be very hard to get the info required from some couriers. It took a few calls to get from Parcelforce, but took 3 months and probably 50+ hours to get the info from UPS, although I now have personal email IDs I could supply to get it done quicker if you ever need them
