I picked up one of those when my back starting crying for help after sitting on a dining room chair for six months. It has helped the pain no end. I looked for some reviews away from Amazon too and it came back fairly well regarded. The arms go down a fair way so you are able to tuck it under the desk/table in the evening once you're finished.
My only criticism is the headrest. I'm 5'11" and it's just too low for me. I've managed to get it to cradle the crook of my neck when I lean right back instead though.

Unfortunately, space limitations precludes @fastonebaz's suggestion...

As has been said, it is quite tricky to know without trying first - although any purpose built office chair will be better than the dining chair I have been using for fifteen months…
Did you go for the extras (space limiter, headrest etc) ? I think I am probably ok with an off the shelf version (unless there are any must haves ?)…
Your life will improve when you realise it’s better to be alone than chase people who do not really care about you. Saying YES to happiness means learning to say NO to things and people that stress you out.

I was going to get an Aeron but the arms can't be folded up/rotated out of the way when you don't need the arms. I don't think any of the Herman Miller chairs do this at least not the ones I tried. It depends what features you want in your chair I guess.
I've used the Sayl and am not a fan, it's fine for a while, but after a few hours the back gets quite uncomfortable as it's not a soft material.
For the same price you can get a Human scale Diffrient World which I think is better.
I use a second hand Herman Miller Aeron - around £400
They were...ok I guess. Better than my dining room chair (for office work) but no great shakes. And therein lies the problem - difficult to know without road testing.
Positively, I have found a couple from the above recommendations (thank you !) that are very well reviewed, not breaking the bank (as opposed to my back) and off the shelf, so thereby returnable if not appropriate.
