I listen to a lot music via ‘BBC Six Music’, and stumbled upon a band called Christian Fitness, and their new song ‘Male Guitarist’. 

I love the duo guitar solo in there.  It’s not what you would expect from a song like this, clean, a half a dozen notes or so, no runs or arpeggios, an anti-solo. 

I thought it was a parody at first, but the more I’ve heard it, the more I find It quite refreshing. A cracking song. 

What do you think?

    I was expecting something a bit more, well, interesting from your description. I guess it’s a good use of dynamics to go quiet on the guitar interludes but I don’t think it’s particularly radical.
