Fretboard closing my connection Cannot access the fretboard on my android via mobile internet?

    Bit late to the party. Same issues myself (iPhone on 3) but all seems to be ok for last couple of days, well done to whoever did stuff to make it so

     Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues, we have been contacted by a number of customers about this site and I will repeat what I have already told them.

     

    We use three filtering partners here at “Three” to protect our customers while on the WWW, all have been liaised with, a number of weeks ago, to establish if they had either classified thefretboard incorrectly or that they had it blocked.

     

    After speaking with representatives from all of them this morning I can confirm AGAIN that none of them are blocking the URL and they all have it classified correctly as MUSIC or ENTERTAINMENT.

     

    I have also performed a manual check using my personal device with a “Three” SIM installed and have no issues reaching the site.

     

    May I suggest this could be a device issue? Or a problem with the site itself.

    There's nothing wrong with the site config - it literally works on everything except Three's network, and even then it works intermittently.

    I've asked quite a few people on Three and it won't load for any of them, so I'm not sure how its loading up fine on this guy's mobile. 
    It's not a problem with my device because the site loads fine on it if I use WiFi or VPN.

    There is no way it loaded on his device when it would load for all of us, I bet he did even turn his wifi off on his phone lol.

    He says there's nothing more he can do and he's forwarded it to customer service. I assume that means it's gone in to a black hole. What are customer services going to do that the specialist team can't do?

    Literally nothing, I think it's time for me to switch to ee :D this should be a priority as it means theirs a fundamental issue with their servers they're not prepared to look into,  plus I'm sick of using the work pc in the day to check tfb

    Still a problem for me as well. I've tweeted them to moan, not that it will help. Will raise it as a complaint next if no response as it's a fault with their service.

  • It's very weird, I've had it work a few times but it doesn't seem to be working again.

    I keep getting blanket responses from Three also. 

    Seems like I can't GAS on the road....

  • I have the same problem (no TFB via Three mobile data) but I think it is a blessing in disguise. I waste enough time whilst sitting at my desk, no need to waste further time when out and about.
