I'm not wildly happy about letting any of these go. They're all brilliant, lightweight Fender guitars and terrific examples of what they are. See my recent NGD for why they are on the chopping block (to placate the missus), but fair to say I won't be too upset if any don't go and she'll forget over time I've spent a fortune.

Sold - First up is an Andertons limited edition Road Worn Purple Tele. It looks amazing. I've added a reliced anodised pickguard from rebel relics, which cost over £100. I can include the original for sale if you lack taste and prefer it. Purchase date 29th August 2021. It's got the upgraded custom shop pickups (yes actual CS ones) - a nocaster in the bridge (is there a better tele pickup available?) and a twisted tele in the neck (ditto but for neck). Andertons sell out of these very quickly. They sold 30+ in a couple of hours last time. I'm after what I think is a very reasonable £800 for this.

Sold - Second, we have another road worn. This one from Peach literally a few weeks ago. I got them to plek it (£175) and set up, as you'd expect, is perfect. It comes in the amazing firemist gold. All original and if it's had half hour playtime, I'm overdoing it. I was planning to use this and the tele for gigs, but it's not happened yet. It's a superb example in a daft weight of 7lbs 8oz. Very acoustically lively. The pickups are classic 60s and I don't think anyone would listen to these and think a pickup swap is necessary unless you like dark sounding Strats with more power. The fretboard looks way better in person than in Peach's pics. They've given it a good oil and it's chocolatey and nice. I'm after an equally reasonable £800 (£200 plus free plek off!)

Thirdly, my favourite beautiful Custom Shop Strat in Olympic White. Lightweight Alder body (It's about 7lbs 3 on my scales, but your scales may vary), dark dark rosewood board, 59c neck shape (so similar to 60s oval at the nut but thicker up by the 12th- 0.790- 0.970 are the measurements), 9.5 radius, 6015 frets, the most flamey neck you'll ever see and the crowning glory of Ancho Poblano pickups. It's beautiful and the pickups make it silly versatile. It's the closest you'll get to a tele and Strat in one guitar as the bridge is very like a tele. You won't see a nicer CS Strat and it's as good as I've ever had and I must have had 20. I think £2650 is an utter steal for this, but I'm pricing to sell.

For all of these, collection is very welcomed. I'm in Chatham, Kent. I can meet within a reasonable distance. If you want to arrange a courier, thats cool. The missus has wrapped hundreds of guitars over the years and she does a great job with lots of bubble wrap to protect them. Sorry my pics aren't very pro, but please get in touch if you want more.
