Something I really want has cropped up so on a last one in last one out basis I'm moving this on. It's a wonderful guitar.

PJD are a UK builder with an emphasis on top quality tonewoods and quality. I believe that the St John standards feature a chambered ash body and a quartersawn maple neck. This one has a rosewood fretboard with really nice rolled edges. The frets themselves have been dressed absolutely spectacularly, the best I've ever seen in fact. The rounded fret ends are really nice.

Specs are:

- PJD St John Standard, signal red satin nitro 
- Maple neck, rosewood board. 25.5" scale length, Jescar 55090 frets. 10 - 12" radius. Medium C neck profile. 
- Ash body. 
- Lollar 50s wind p90s. Possibly the best out there really, they sound absolutely sublime. 
- Hiscox hard case. 

I am happy to pack it up if you want to arrange a courier to collect, but would prefer collection or meet up

    I must admit to being very surprised by the lack of interest.  These have been reviewed extremely favourably and used by a few well known names.   And this is the company building the Cream T/Billy Gibbons guitars so clearly they know what they're doing.  And it's almost half the price of a new one.

    No affiliation, just surprise.

    My thoughts too @rlw we are sticklers for tradition here though and anything ‘new’ or more to the point different can hang about for a while. 

    I’ll be honest with the op, the only thing that puts me off is the colour, I just can’t do red guitars unless they are a 335/SG. Petty I know. 

    Best of luck with the sale though OP, would love to give it a try.

    Also very surprised this hasn't been snapped up! Looks awesome.

    I suspect it's probably just due to it being so close to Xmas and everyone having to tighten their belts a bit. I definitely wouldn't want to sell it off too cheap too early, unless you're really desperate for cash. I reckon someone will snap your hands off once people aren't so skint from Xmas.

    Andertons did a PJD video that was out today which I’ve watched bits of but might be useful if people want to know more about the brand.
