To be fair, "Britain's Most Loved" is a title handed out by the Daily Mail when it needs a longer headline:

dog dies -> Britains Most Loved Dog Dies.
cod causes diabetes -> Britain's Most Loved cod causes diabetes
Squid tells future -> Britain's Most Loved Squid tells future.
tree crushes 1direction -> ... no I'll give you that one....

I am not pig-headed enough to deny that there were funny bits in OFAH, but to my mind they were outweighed massively by how much I hated each and every character in it.

I like the actors in it. I like the situation. But I didn't find it funny. 1st series, anyway - didn't get further than that.

But then, I think I'm the only person in Ireland (possibly the world) who doesn't like Father Ted.
