I have a modified Custom Shop Non Reverse one in Cardinal Red if it's not too far off?

Originally a 3 pickup P90, changed to 2 x P90 (Bridge is a Lollar), short vibrola added and rewired for 4 x decent CTS pots/ pio caps. Top refin only just to hide the vibrola/ stop tail work. Guitar Originally a stoptail Gibson Custom Shop model.

Maybe not your thing but just letting you know.

    Best wishes
    Hugh

@SteveRobinson - yep its a lovely guitar.  I hope the OP doesn't mind me posting this - it will give someone an idea of exactly what he is after.
This one came from Vintage & Rare many years ago.  Its unusual in that the microtuning bridge is non standard but the guys at Gibson looked into it for me and confirmed it was factory fitted as a special order for someone at the time.  The band logos stencilled onto on case had been mostly removed sadly, so I couldn't identify who had had the guitar and what its history was.  Still, a nice find.

I have owned a 76 previously .- I personally don't think they are anything that special as far as FB go .

Sentimental more than anything for me . .
The Re issue VOS looks equally as good and are according to couple guy's know owned both.

What it MUST have is banjo tunes !
Gibson even dropped the ball on the Collector's Choice.
Titebond and seriously overwound ceramic pickup's ???

    May go Vintage Re Fin
