That is one sexy mofo. Has it had a Bigsby mounted on it in the past?
I think Neil Young would love it.
I must admit if my pos car gets through the MOT in early June I'm very temped to buy it if its not gone by then as B on T's not far from me. Out of interest, is the neck pup routing suitable (and deep enough) to take an accurate P90 staple pickup?

Yeah, it has the bigsby scar as part of the ageing, just didn't like the feel of it on this.

Neck dimensions on this are 44mm wide at the nut, 22mm thick at 1st fret tapering to a full inch at the 12th. A proper vintage gibson style taper

What didn't you like about the feel with a bigsby Wez?

I can never judge neck by dimensions, would that be towards the baseball bat end of things (my preference)?

Partly because I was trying a cheaper bigsby copy that didnt give great tunng stability and just cheapened it, partly because it added a bit more weight than I wanted.

Yeah, big and chucky, but not quite baseball bat thanks to a nice taper

sorry, missed this bit.

Not as it is I think. It would need a deeper strip down the middle as the adjustable staples have a lot going on underneath. It would take the non adjustable staples just fine. In fact I do have a pair of those in my other LP

What a gorgeous lump of loveliness. Awww....if it had the Bigsby and staple neck, P90 bridge it would be so, so perfect.... Just my opinion... Although it is lovely as it is too.

I could swap the mini hums for one or both non-adjustable staples shown above, but i think most will actually prefer the sound of the mini-hums in this

Oh god, why is this still available? My perfect Les Paul Custom at a time that I can't afford it... someone else buy it please, its driving me nuts.
