Bought new, way back, this is the first series of the DC Standard Les Pauls that Gibson made. I wanted the Limited Edition (burst) version - most are single colour tops - so I had to order it from the USA, because I couldn't find any UK dealer who bought in the bursts. Bill Puplett sorted out Gibson's ... er ... 'standard' fretwork when it first arrived and it plays great.

Gorgeous flamey maple in what Gibson called 'Tangerine Burst', bound neck, 498T/490R pickups. 

Upgraded with Tonepros locking bridge and stoptail and locking Grovers, and there's a phase switch for the neck pickup controlled by the push-pull Tone knob.



Superb condition, except for one chip on the rear edge (more photos to come). Original Gibson hard case included.

Prefer not to ship, so collect from Cambridge (or meet halfway/etc)
