I bought this a couple of weeks ago from @delorean but I'm not really gelling with it, and there's too much overlap with my current fleet to justify keeping it. It's far more Strat-like than I was expecting - which is great if you don't already have a rack full of HSS Strats to choose from... A perfect blend between vintage and super-Strat

It is totally stock, and in as-new condition. No dings, scratches, or marks anywhere. Brilliant feeling neck, and a really lightweight body with all that lovely contouring on the back. Comes with a brand new Gator hardcase, which was purchased at the same time as the guitar by the original owner - it still has the tags attached.

Also up for sale is my 2021 Fender American Pro 2 Strat in Dark Night with maple neck. You'll notice that the pickguard still has the original protective film on it. This is because I removed the entire scratchplate within a few hours of receiving it, and replaced it with my preferred HSS setup - which is absolutely NOT a reflection on the VMOD2 pickups - they're great. This guitar was originally the backup for my main gigging guitar, but it hasn't had much use - it has spent every gig sat on the stand. It then became my third favourite HSS Strat (behind 2x American Deluxes) and hasn't been played for a while. So, I've put the original plate back on and here it is. No dings or dents, just some marks on the rear cover from light use. For whatever reason, Fender decided not to fit locking tuners to a £1800 guitar, so I fitted some. Totally stock apart from those. Does include the original case (which has a few minor marks on the outside), the trem arm, and all the original case candy and COA. Being a 2021 model, it gets the 75th-anniversary decal as a bonus. Pictures do not do this colour justice!
