Looking for a Jackson Soloist/Dinky made in USA or Japan. The new ones are bonkers expensive so searching for used or an older version.

Thanks for the heads up. Perhaps I’m not up with the times regarding values, I swear I sold a USA soloist for 1k a couple of years back.

I sold my Soloist for a grand a few years back. Now, you’re looking at double that. Jackson’s are just stupid expensive at the moment

Everything has shot up and Charvel/Jacksons are no exception - the custom artwork USA soloist that I struggled to shift for £600 would now be £2k and the Charvel SD 95 series are not far off that either.

I have seen one or two early 90s Jackson Professionals and Concepts (all MIJ) for more sensible money recently although still creeping up.

Did you ever find one? Got an Eerie Dess early 2000s Soloist to sell (USA).

Sorry just seen this. I didn't, but ended up with a Friedman Cali instead. It's a bit different to the soloist but does the same job for me, I love it.

They’re made by Grover Jackson aren’t they anyway. I liked that one he did a few years ago

Yes they were, now I think the newer ones are a collaboration between Friedman and another small USA builder.
Mines a few years old, here it is.
