    Not much progress recently, but I finally got around to putting the frets in



    Tidied the ends up, but still some way to go with fretworkery



    I also took some time to draw up the wiring diagram. I think you can tell that I am a graphic designer

    A bit hard to photograph but I decided to 'scallop' frets 13 to 22. Fancied something different to before and I'm liking my 'test' scalloped neck that I did a few weeks ago.



    The abalone fretboard markers were too dark, so I replaced them with white pearl.

    Stained the neck, then sprayed a few coats of varnish





    Headstock decal elements created in Adobe Illustrator, printed onto waterslide paper, applied to the headstock then varnished over when dry.

    I don't normally like the look of P90s in strats, largely due to how close they get to the edge of the plate, but it works well here
