Looking for a semi-hollow (335-a-like) or an SG. *Possibly* Les Pauls too.

Don't mind if it's Gibson or something else (Eastman, Tokai, Greco, Burny). Only really interested in US or MIJ. (Except in the case of Eastman). Anyone got anything?

Don’t mind a bit of wear as long as the frets are good.

I’m keen to buy a Les Paul of some description. Prefer US or MIJ. Not keen on Epiphone. Anyone got anything?

I realise this puts me in Tribute / Studio territory, which is fine. Not sure if there are likely to be any MIJs at this price.

Thanks all. Some great guitars here. Unfortunately I’m not as flush with cash as I thought, after someone pulled out of buying a synth I thought I’d sold shortly after I posted this thread yesterday! It should sell soon enough though as it’s keenly priced, and in the meantime this thread has given me plenty of food for thought.

Bump. Sold my synth and a couple of other things and have increased the budget a little. Quite keen on the idea of an SG Standard now too - can see a couple on FB Marketplace / Gumtree within budget but would prefer to buy on here.

Bump. Have made a few edits to the original post after lots more thought. Some lovely suggestions so far, but none of them have tempted me so far, so I think what I'm really looking for is an SG, or a semi-hollow. Those are the Gibson-style guitars I've always enjoyed the most.
