...fucking sucks.

I'm into day six and I am beyond fed up with this now. Thankfully neither my partner or our boy have caught it, long may that last.

it's fun ain't it. Caught it a while back through work. Fun fact, even though it's a work related illness, and our policy states we must not come into work until it has cleared, it still counts against our sick entitlement, so I got put in a disciplinary for taking time off work!

Genuine wow! That goes against NHS guidelines too btw, I'd challenge the disciplinary if it's at all meaningful/impacting on you there.

apparently not (at least so the union assured me). The disciplinary is meaningless, just a formality that my team leader told to laugh off.
