I'd assumed (not being familiar) that the Strymon had emulation for tape and analog delays?
I've got one of the diago boards and it weighs more than most of my amps!
I'll sort something out
erm, it weights around the same as my Bogner 1x12 cab. Not sure, it's not light but still manageable with 1 hand.
It is a bit...that is the only down side.
er, I actually keep a spreadsheet.
I think the are around £3k on the board, including the board (there are pedals that are not on there)
It's silly how much they add up, the lava kit i needed 5 for all the plugs, that came to like £255. The PSU alone is £300. The board itself about £650.
The scary thing is that I think I only paid UK rrp for 1 pedal on there (the Colour Box), the rest I either got from Thomann's, the States (came through unscathered by customs) or secondhand (DPC-5, £180 I recall), I always look for sales or discounts too.
The board is for a life time, the tweed will age with it, as with the leather handle and corners. Something I thought hard about, it is expensive but I think of it like a luthier guitar
I know someone here actually built one himself in his garage but I don't have the tools or the skill nor the time for such project and I think he said in the end he fully understand why one of these costs the amount it does. The materials are not cheap when you are only buying in such small amount, and the tools used are not cheap either.
