Online Course/Websites/Subscriptions for Intermediate learning

Before I start a Teacher is currently out of the equation due to time constraints (i'm not ruling it out for the future).
I started learning using Justin Guitar and the Fender Play app ( cos I had a free year sub) , got through beginner and into intermediate. Both are great, Justin is fab but I'd like to add to it with a different course, a different structure and method to mix it up ( I found switching to Fender from Justin and back again now and again gave me renewed impetus).
So there is a huge amount of online stuff now (live stuff is not easily done at the moment so pre-recorded etc), any suggestions?
Theres Guitar Tricks, Truefire, Pickup  and a whole host of others, point me in the direction and i'll give it a go

And I know playing in a band/jamming would be the best thing to do but crippling shyness coupled with a lack of confidence is no easy hurdle to get over (not saying that wont change either)

To add, I have no obvious leanings as far as what I would like to learn (I'm no country fan for example but I see merit in the technique and the style)

Hi mate, I've dipped in and out of Stitch guitar method over the last year or so. He can be found on youtube but to get the most out of it you really need to sign up with him over on Patreon.
He releases videos on youtube but if you're signed up on Patreon he releases practice sessions for each video there, downloadable charts, etc.
He's a dude and has a great teaching style and persona imo.
My one criticism would be an apparent lack of structure but I think he's released a video addressing this.
And if you look on his youtube channel he's listed his video's into playlists so you can follow a certain pathway.

I worked through his Caged primer playlist, understanding scales then on to Pentatonic mastery.

    Worth a look maybe.

Truefire was my initial go to thought, but then others (bloody data sharing google search) started popping up and I got drawn into searching

You do you, but if you don't have time for lessons, how will you find time for other learning?

ah by time constraints I mean, days and evenings are busy for me (working in the day, looking after relatives etc in the evenings) so my practice runs from 9pm onwards, sometimes early morning and on the off chance I get a little half hour during work to get a little done.

Truefire is good for dipping in and out or a more serious study depending on how much time you have.  Plenty of variety on there too.

I’d suggest Lick Library. I’ve bought some of their DVD’s and find them really useful and well structured. I suspect their online lessons would be good although I’ve not used them personally.

    Another vote for https://truefire.com

They do a 14 day free trial, so you can test it out.

  • There’s certainly a lot of courses on Truefire, often with a decent amount of material to them. FWIW I think they usually have Black Friday or other seasonal promotions around a year’s All Access, or single courses to keep.

Turns out I tried the free trial about four years ago , I have no idea or memory of it though. I just signed up for the $99 all access for a year Black Friday deal. If nothing else I’ll use it for bass lessons. Ta for all the suggestions

I can’t recommend Levi Clay’s Guided Practice Routines site highly enough. Really enjoying the structured routines and play alongs. Levi is also very active on the sites Discord server too
