That reminds me. It's almost home time.

edit: Actually- have they missed off The Serenity itself?

  • Cool. But missing lots. If it has the EVE ones it should have X-Universe ships. Some of them are a few kilometres.

  • I can't look at the original at work and so may be missing lots, but a glance at that one up there suggests there's nothing from Babylon 5.

And aren't they missing both Death Stars?  Both artificial craft that can be piloted through space...
You don't need much knowledge of anatomy to appreciate the fundamental ubiquity of opinions.

    B5 is there.

    BTW, piloted most of those.

  • Pretty disappointed that there's no Thargoid or Viper in there.

Which reminds me...Elite:Dangerous is getting closer....as is my impending lack of productivity.

Thats nice, however having downloaded the gif and examined it closely, I cant see the Millennium Falcon and the Death Stars are absent.

    Tardis is probably too small.

  • Maybe they thought the Death Star was just a small moon?

    that's no moon.

I have a bad feeling about this.

    you came here in that?

    etc, etc,

. Falcon is probably too small when you see how small the first Enterprise is.

I’m so bored I might as well be listening to Pink Floyd

The scale is 1 Pixel = 10 Meters, I can't imagine The falcon being more than 15/20 meters long, and the tardis would be wayyy to small :)

I'm disappointed in the lack of X universe stuff too...

The Millenium Falcon is just under 35 meters long. It has to be fair size to house the engine that enables it to do The Kessel Run in less than 10 kilometers or whatever.  I don't like Star Wars that much: To me it's Harry Potter in space.

As a former games workshop nerd (and staff member) I'd suggest the enormous transport was meant to be smaller but there was a typo in the book, the thing they called a Chapter Fortress is a space marine battle barge, and they missed out the biggest ships Abaddon's Planet Killer, many space hulks, fortress monetaries which are huge - the Phalanx was the size of a moon, Emperor Class battleships, Blackstone Fortresses all pilot-able ships.

Further sci-fi geekery wonders where's the Pride Of Hiigara from Homeworld?

Midway class carrier from Wing Commander - only 1800m but you wind up flying at it an awful lot.
The big coalition super carrier that seemed to take aaaages to fly along in Star Lancer only for a wing-mate to fly into a torpedo and force you to reload....

Bah! Too many missing for my geek-ism to be satisfied.

  • The liberator from Blakes 7 seems to be missing as well.

In fact the whole thing is full of errors.  Shoddy

  • Well you lot are all very "glass half empty" ;-)

Look at what is there....hey look, Red Dwarf.

Not to mention the American Airlines Valley Forge class vessel from Silent Running.  I've just had to look up what Eve is. Shall we all get together and form the biggestest  clam and creat havoks?

Which Games Workshop did you work at? Crawley presumably? I used to spend my 3-hour "lunch" breaks there every day when I worked at the Olde Punch Bowl. That would have been in 1995 I guess.

  • I always fancied Eve on line, but it costs money every month and I don't have the time to make it worth while
