Please don't take this as firm advice. I've only glanced over the mountain of gear you've posted. And so many factors come into play....
The answer to your question of is 200W a side enough? is where are you going to use it? and what are you going to put through it?
With the P3500 in post 4 you'll get 350W per side into the two 15" speakers. Which is probably not enough for a function band, but if you are pub rocking and just want to get the vocals and hi-hats up over the backline, you might be ok.
If you are looking at working professionally in a variety of sized venues, or are planning to run other instruments through it, you will probably need a good bit more ( a few KW ), and possibly some Bass bins. You can always build it up as you go along, ploughing the gig cash back into the gear.
The Yamaha stuff I have used in the past has always been pretty decent (I think we were using those 15's as side fills a long time ago). Have a look at new prices to give you an idea of what they are worth second hand (ebay sold items can help too). Don't be afraid to barter either. Try £500.
We are new, starting out, need to build a rep on the local circuit.
Busy lives mean realistically 2-3 gigs a month.
We need to get gigs under our belt before thinking of functions, parties etc.
A) Yamaha stagepas 400 & behringer monitors
Alto 1500 watt powered mixer & behringer or sub zero(own brand) speakers & monitors
Both for about £600
Are these items cheap, not very cheerful and not worthy?
