All,
this is a pathetic question to ask, but it's really frustrating me pretty much every board I ever use has a tubescramer on, an 808, a TS9 or a TS10, I always use the griplock as it keeps the pedals planted great.
I have a problem with the Tube screamers, the stupid bevel in the label stops the grip lock being flush with the pedals base, which isn't a huge deal until the pedals been on the board a month, then it becomes a problem.
The grip lock doesn't move at all as it's planted, but because it's not fush with the tube screamer base the pedal actually comes away from the grip lock, each time you stick it back on it loses some of it's sticky power.
You see this problem with Boss pedals too, but the tube screamers seems to have the most annoying shape on the base to make this more common.
thoughts or suggestions.
