I believe that it is a legal requirement of ICANN registration to provide full and accurate details.
Any subsequent deletion or change to mask registration requirements I believe is in clear breach of their rules.
If I remember my research correctly, that could lead to them losing their web address, which would obviously be a catastrophe for anyone who relies on a web presence for their business.
I find it hard to think that anyone would be stupid enough to openly flout the ICANN registration rules, but if they did and someone who understands these things were to make ICANN aware, I wonder what the consequences would be ?
