Xbox 360 Games for Kids

My nephew is getting an Xbox 360 for Christmas (no, not an XBone)

He already has a Wii U, but his dad is getting him a 360 as they are dirt cheap and there are loads of cheap decent games.

He is 8 and loves Star Wars and Minecraft. He already has most of the Lego games on the Wii so they are out.

What game should I get him for Xmas?

Skylanders is quite big wiv the Kids

Thrillville was quite fun.

Presumably he's done the lego star wars stuff so how about Lego Rock Star.

I think he's had lego rock band and Skylanders is banned due to the mythering for plastic junk that entails.

I imagine that there will be a lot of colourful kid friendly games from the Live Arcade thingy. Joe Danger, Critter Crunch and stuff.

Oooh, also Viva Pinata. And Terarria if he likes Minecraft.

Holnew has it spot on with Joe Danger and Viva Piñata series, also my kids enjoyed TMNT, N+ and Family Game Night ,also Trials HD/Evolution are a must

One of the original downloadable games via xbox marketplace was Marble Madness. Incredibly addictive and great fun.

We've got mini ninjas which is quite cool. My kids have outgrown that now so could sell it if you're interested?

Also, download The Cave. It's a slightly dark/mysterious puzzle game but it's got some good humour in it and is an interesting game which inspires brain activity. Only £10. From the creators of Monkey Island.

Ended up getting him Minecraft and Sonic Generations both about £12.
