Riders on the Storm fingerstyle

I've worked out 90% of this arrangement but the run at 0.19 is giving me trouble. I've worked out the notes/sequence but whenever I try to play it at anything like full speed the sequence falls apart, mainly because I can only seem to remember it very slowly!
Any tips?

I can't help you with technique, but whenever I struggle with something I'm trying to play I find the less I think about it, the better the results.  Don't concentrate on doing it, relax and let it come.

Of course, everyone has their own ways and it doesn't work for everyone.

If you've been constantly trying to learn it then honestly take a break, a couple of days or a week of not playing it all and then come back to it, I always find it helps.
