Faulty Soulfood?

My Brother in law recently bought an used SF klone via TFB....fast forward a month or two and it is intermittently switching out...touching the footswitch slightly can bring it in or out.

I see the TB switches are about a £5. is it worth getting seen to ,you think......a big cost to fix, you think, is it worth the cost of repair seeing as it was so inexpensive in the 1st place....?

Have you  opened it up to have a look?     Could just be a short from cables that need moving apart.

If it is the switch, then I might not bother on a cheap clone but only you know if you can be bothered to fix it and how much your time is worth.

Might be an idea to move the thread to the fx section rather than the classified.
