I know Wazmeister was happy with his Zilla cab, I'm sure they could do tweed for you.

i know paul from zilla. but he doesnt fit T nuts to hold the speakers in which i find bloody ridiculous!

I use a Hoffnine - they are fantastic and he has some fairly well known clientele! Tom also re-covers amps and cabs and has a multitude of options regarding pretty much every aspect of the cab.

Can you get Zilla to make the cab, minus speaker fittings?

Put the Ts in yourself?

but then i have to get the grill off to fit the T's eh. as they go in from t'other side

Mark from AF Custom Cabs is an absolute craftsman. He made me a 1974x-style cab for my Ampmaker kit and it's much higher quality than the cab of my Marshall-built Vox. Came out somewhat cheaper than alternatives I'd looked at as well, which was a nice surprise. The only problem is that he has a very long waiting list.

Hoffnine (only one E!) Cabs are outstanding, seriously. Far better than the Zillas I've had at the studio.
