Anyone good with wiring or have a Parker Nitefly M?

I'm trying to swap out EMGs for regular humbuckers and having a nightmare.

Its got a DPDT switch so I used a wiring diagram I found on the dimarzio site. DPDT switch, 1 volume 1 tone, neck, neck and bridge, bridge.

I took out the EMGs and the 25k pots and swapped for some CTS 500k ones then wired in as per the dimarzio diagram but it I'm getting silence except for when I hold the pots when I get a buzzing sound.
I also know the jack is working because i get a crackle when I plug in.

The guitar also has a piezo which isn't working at the minute, yet it was before and I'm sure I didn't mess with that.

I will post before and after pics shortly. Does anyone know where I might have gone wrong?

This is what it looked like before.

Is there anything special going on there? What is the screw with the green wires going to it in the side of the cavity? The ground? I've grounded to the backs of the pots like you would a les paul, but I notice in that pic there's no grounding on the pots and instead its at that screw.

Sounds like the jack is wired backwards, which is why you get a buzz when you touch the pots. If it's silent as well there is another problem though.

Can you post a pic of the wiring?

I haven't touched the jack and it was fine before, so I must have done something else. I will go back to it now and then take pics.

You could have reversed the wires at the pot end. The EMG jack will have a separate ring connection for the battery negative too, which could be confusing things.

I'm rubbish at wiring but have a regular NiteFly (H, S, S) if you want to do any comparisons - also, suggest you try the Parker forum if you haven't already?

Actually the buzzing sound only comes when I turn the volume to zero. It's silent otherwise.

Here are the pics. Absolute mess I know. It looked neat when I first did it but I then spent the next few hours swapping things about.
