Got a bunch of Kingsley pedals that I am more than happy with....they do everything but metal, they say
..but let's say we wanted to do some metal...some Chug, Chug Kings X type riffage
lets leave aside goosing the Kingsley with another Kingsley for the time being folks..
.is there anything you guys can recommend to push the real tube Kingsley into heavier saturation......would the gooser be better in front or after?
something to turn the Jouster into a fire breathing monster....

Both of those can get a fair amount of gain. The issue is tightening the sound up.
Try a tubescreamer before it, gain low-ish, volume up a bit above unity and tone set brighter. That should push an already set-quite-gainy jouster into pretty searing old school metal.
If you want 6505 type tones, try a different pedal altogether.
