Pat and doug are probably my favourite guitar channel on YouTube, despite the fact they play nothing relevant to me - totally or gear wise. 

Just two blokes who love it.

I like The Doug & Pat Show but didn't particularly like the sound of these amps. Is it me or is the audio clipping when Doug plays hard?

I think a lot of it was the sound of old, knackered speakers. It didn't happen so much on the Danelectro which had the speaker upgrade. I thought the Dano sounded great, the other two, not so much.

Always love watching them - but Oscar and their AC10 makes it difficult to enjoy anything else they use. That guitar with that amp seems to be a magic combination....

I have to agree with you. Those amps did nothing for me . Just shows it's all personal innit

Doug can play a bit can't he... do like their shows. they did a good one on '52 to '63 LP Standards a bit back...

Easy. Doug and Pat sit the opposite way to Ant and Dec.

I've only watched 2, one on pickups and the most recent one, I just find that vinyl scratch noise on every edit a bit grating.
