Strat with these specs?

Before I take a journey down partsocaster lane I was wondering if anyone here could make me see sense with a production model strat. I'm after locking tuners, 22 tall biggish frets, flat radius, soft v profile, unfinished neck, rosewood/ebony board, 2 point trem, H S S config, slightly battered shell pink. I can't afford Suhr and the likes so that's not an option. Cheers!

    Pre-owned Fender American Deluxe HSS Stratocaster meets most of your brief. I'm not sure whether Shell Pink was ever an option.
