The flood also hit a massive music storage facility and many Nashville based bands lost gear.

Brad Paisley pretty much lost EVERYTHING - guitars/amps/pedals apart from his '68 Paisley Tele which he took home on a whim a couple of nights before.

The Black Crowes lost a heap of stuff too but Rich Robinson's '63 ES335 was eventually saved....

The pile of soggy gig-bags is particularly heart-wrenching
Lol. Soggy gig bag. There's a Profanisaurus entry if ever I heard one.

"Terry stared into her eyes, they shone like a Les Paul's pearly fretboard inlays. Priscilla flung back her head and begged him to fill her with his passion. It was wild and unforgiving, and safe too.

He split her difference and coughed his filthy yoghurt into the soggy gig bag."

Nah, they just been taking lessons on guitar storage from Yngwie Malmsteen - have a look at this vid from about 1:45 in.

I really can't stand that man's playing or on-screen/stage persona. Not sure why exactly, but... no.

Wasn't that the picture that was used to show fake Gibsons before they were destroyed ? Seems to ring a bell in what's left of my memory

Pity they didnt sell off the waterdamaged bodies unseen for a nominal amount to be used as 'decoration' and then folks couldve decided if they got something worth saving

    You aren't alone.

And any man who treats an early Strat like that wants a smack in the mouth.
