I can never fathom the reason for drink driving.  In my eyes, you're nothing but a bellend for doing it.

I guess his fortune will come in handy?

I guess they must be using their own eyes.

You would have thought with all his money he could afford a driver.

Apparently alcohol wasn't the concern, it was unexpected reaction to medication he is on

I'm guessing he's going to get away with a slap on the wrist.  He's wealthy, he can afford a more 'personal experience' of justice.

I think that's a fairway of dealing with it.

He claims it's the medication he's on, not alcohol.

“I want the public to know that alcohol was not involved,” Woods said last night. “What happened was an unexpected reaction to prescribed medications. I didn’t realise the mix of medications had affected me so strongly. I would like to apologise with all my heart to family, friends and the fans. I expect more from myself too. I will do everything in my power to ensure this never happens again.”

Big loophole in the American legal system there. Why don't they use breathalysers/blood tests instead of making suspects attempt to walk along a white line or touch their noses?

Alcohol or prescribed medication, does it really matter which? Some innocent individual could have been killed or seriously injured as a result of his DUI. Totally unacceptable behaviour.

They did. Twice.  It scored 0.00. From this report, it sounds like he's had a reaction and pulled over to the side of the road.
