Do you mean the self tapping screws that hold the bridge on the guitar body or the machine screws that hold the saddles on ?

Yes but usually nickel plated with (post 1952)  a Phillips head.

Those are oval slotheads for vintage tele bridges. If I remember right, the heads are slightly larger than Fender but they're nice quality screws.

Ok, if it's a Vintage one like this: 
Nickel-plated slotted (6 x 1") oval-head screws.  Same as vintage strap button screws too.  Fender part number for a bag is 0016188049 and you should be able to get them from any Fender dealer. 

If it's the modern bridge, like this: 


You'll need 8x1 oval head chrome screws.

They are brass rather than steel, so somewhat softer. If you are going to use them, be careful not to apply too much torque or they could shear. Drill pilot holes the correct size and preferably use a steel screw to cut the thread in the wood.

I've seen 5x1 for basses and hardtails before.
