Depends how far back you go - the Edge's brother was originally in U2 before they were signed, and I think there was someone else.

Cowboy Junkies - formed in 1985, still going, no line-up changes or former members as far as I know.

    Edit - it's worse than I thought

Not really .. Anthony Philips was the original guitarist who was replaced by Mike Bernard and then Steve Hacket, Chris Stewart was the original drummer who was replaced by John Silver and eventually by Phil Collins. And Ray Wilson took lead vocals for two years after Collins quit.

    :-)

Don't worry - I knew about Anthony Philips as I have a few albums: highly original guitar player and I knew Collins wasn't the first drummer. I did a quick check and found there had been plenty of drummers and I'd forgotten the band reformed without Collins with the ex-Stilkskin singer.

From a skim of my music app, and ignoring anyone around less than 10 years as that's child's play...

The Beatles (at least once successful)
    Kings of Leon
The Killers (save for touring helpers)
    The Police
Coldplay (stop that whining at the back..)
    Green Day
Manic Street Preachers (apart from Richie, which isn't exactly their fault)
    The Strokes

The Police's original guitarist was Henry Padovani.

Doesn't really count if they never made any records with him though. Almost every band has the odd member go awol before they get anywhere
