25 first time. Had ridden a motorcycle for two year before which gave me a good 'road-sense'

First, at 29. Never bothered to learn before that because I lived in central Edinburgh and car ownership was such a massive pain it wasn't worth it.

18 on my 2nd attempt. I was on course to pass after 15 lessons, but I had an accident at work where I nearly broke my leg and took a break. Then  I returned to lessons more nervous. Probably for the best, I'd have been way too cocky.
