It's a fake.

The Tuners aren't spaced correctly.
The 'S' on Stratocaster is somehow a bit fudged.
The 'Contour Body' decal is pissed.
Fender has never done a recent model with a CBS headstock and that awful body finish.
The plastics are too cheap looking.
That's not a Fender Vibrato.
It's got two string trees and they're both slightly not where they should be.
The colour of the wood on the fretboard is woeful.

Someone's built a parts caster very cheaply and stuck a Fender logo on it............badly.
That's maybe why the advert description says it's worth £100.

Personally, I think they've got the decimal point in the wrong place, ........by two decimal points!

Curious that they don't know about guitars, but know enough not to claim it is a Fender.

"Cannot test as came with no strings but ex-owner assured it works 100%." - so, that's the ex-owner who gave it to them for a £100 debt, right?

Its the "not too heavy" that gets me. If he knows nothing about guitars, how does he know what weight a guitar should or should not be?

But im also wondering if seller is blind, because he describes it as "Beautiful look".

I hate this "seller refurbished" category. Give it a once-over with Mr Sheen and the seller somehow feels justified in asking a higher price. No, no, no - it's USED.
