Morning All,

As some of you know - I'm taking part in the London Triathlon next weekend, which consists of a 1500m swim in the Victoria Dock, 25 mile/40km Cycle and a 6 mile/10km run....

I've done sprint triathlons before, but Olympic Distance is a whole new territory for me...

I'm doing it in aid of Macmillan as they do bloody great things for cancer patients and their families... so if you've got a spare quid or two and want to donate, that would be great.
