Cheapish octave pedal

Im looking for a decent but cheap octave pedal, around £50 used. Im looking for direct and 1 octave below options as a minimum, naturally any more controls are fine. 

Something like the TC sub n'up or Boss Oc3 is what I'd like, but cheaper. Really want decent tracking, so think that rules out Mooer or anything budget like the Danelectro Chilli dog. 

Any ideas?

FWIW the Mooer Tender Octaver tracks perfectly. It's a dead-on clone of the Micro Pog. If you can find one don't hesitate.
